Process
Understanding payment shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Here’s how it works.

After your first contact
Once you connect with a therapist, you’ll receive access to our client portal to complete intake forms and submit insurance information.

Insurance verification
We verify your benefits and share a clear explanation of what you can expect financially before your first session.

Your first session & ongoing
If using insurance, we submit claims on your behalf. You are responsible only for your copay, deductible, or agreed-upon portion at the time of service.
In-Network Insurance
If your therapist is in-network:
• Claims are submitted by HITRD
• You pay only your copay or client responsibility
• Payment is collected at time of service
Simple. Predictable. No extra steps.
Intern Therapy Rate
Intern therapists are not eligible to bill insurance.
We offer reduced private-pay rates:
• $65 — 60-minute session
• $50 — 45-minute session
This provides accessible care while our interns complete supervised clinical training.
Out-of-Network
If you do not have insurance, choose not to use it, or are using out-of-network benefits:
Licensed Therapist Rates
• $275 — Initial session
• $225 — 60-minute session
• $175 — 45-minute session
For out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement submission. If insurance sends reimbursement to HITRD directly, we will refund it back to the card on file.
