You can schedule directly with a therapist on our website. You can also submit an inquiry or contact our office directly. We’ll gather some initial information and thoughtfully match you with a clinician.
Our team verifies insurance (if applicable), reviews availability, asks a few questions, and recommends a therapist based on fit, specialty, and schedule. We aim to make the process simple and clear.

Yes. We provide secure telehealth throughout New York State. Many clients choose a hybrid approach.
Availability varies by clinician and specialty, but typically within 3-5 days of first contact. We strive to offer timely scheduling and will discuss current openings when you reach out.
Most sessions are 45–60 minutes. Extended sessions are available when clinically appropriate.
Most clients begin weekly. Frequency may adjust based on progress and goals.
Some clients come for short-term support. Others engage in longer-term work. We revisit goals regularly and collaborate on pacing.

Therapy is a collaborative, respectful conversation. It may be structured and goal-oriented or reflective and exploratory. With children, it may include play or creative techniques.
Our clinicians draw from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems work, somatic/embodied practices, creative arts techniques, and person-centered therapy. Treatment is individualized.

With written consent, yes. Especially for children and teens, coordination with schools or pediatricians can be important.
Yes. Therapy is confidential within the limits of the law. Your clinician will explain confidentiality and its limits during your first session.
That’s completely normal. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. You don’t have to share everything at once. We move at your pace.
Fit matters. We encourage open conversation. As a group practice, we can help transition you to another clinician if needed.
