HOW WE WORK

Care designed to be clear, flexible, and supportive from the start.

Find a Provider

Starting therapy doesn’t need to feel overwhelming.

At Head In The Right Direction, care is designed to be clear and supportive from the start. The process helps you understand your options, find the right provider, and begin sessions with confidence. Each step is intentional, offering clarity around care, scheduling, and what comes next.

Choice without pressure

A broad network of licensed therapists makes it easier to find someone who aligns with your needs, preferences, and care goals.

Clarity before commitment

Insurance and billing information is shared up front, so you know what to expect before scheduling a session.

Care that respects your time

Flexible scheduling includes in-person and virtual options, with availability that can extend into evenings or weekends.

Support that begins sooner, not later

Care is designed to help you get started without unnecessary delays or long wait times.

An experience built for continuity

Therapy is paced thoughtfully and adapts as your needs change, supporting steady progress over time.
