As a second-year MSW student, I have a strong passion for supporting individuals through caregiving, grief, and major life transitions. During my previous internship at the Caregivers Center at Phelps Hospital, I gained a deep appreciation for the strength and perseverance of family caregivers while also recognizing the emotional toll of caregiving demands. I am dedicated to helping caregivers feel seen and supported as they navigate the challenges of caring for loved ones with illness, disability, or age-related changes. In addition to my work with caregivers, I have experience working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, including those navigating the emotional impact of significant life changes.

Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I also work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a range of school-based, relational, and transitional challenges. I support clients struggling with anxiety, mood, identity, and relationships while building coping skills and emotional resilience. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space to process the complexities of life while supporting healing and personal growth.
