As a counseling intern and certified school counselor, I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being. My background in dance, education, yoga, and mindfulness has shaped my belief in a holistic approach to healing that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotions.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Drawing from my experience working with young people and adults, I value meeting each person where they are and helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping skills.

As I pursue my mental health counseling license, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue deepening my clinical work and supporting clients in a meaningful way. My goal is to walk alongside each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect as they move toward healing and growth.
