As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a warm and supportive space for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I especially enjoy helping people navigate, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, anxiety, and feelings of disconnection.

My approach is collaborative, genuine, and tailored to each client’s needs.  I help clients better understand their patterns, develop practical skills, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a motivational speaker within the New York City Department of Education and served as Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese. These experiences shaped my belief in the importance of connection, resilience, and feeling truly heard. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. I would be honored to support you along the way.
