Specialties

As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern from Manhattan University, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and purpose. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build insight, develop skills, and move toward meaningful change. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, emerging adults, adults, and couples who are exploring identity, managing anxiety, facing life transitions, or seeking deeper connection in their relationships.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered — I believe healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Before pursuing a career in therapy, I worked as a motivational speaker within the New York City Department of Education and served as a Youth Director for the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese. These roles allowed me to walk alongside youth and families from all walks of life and shaped the way I show up as a therapist: grounded in community, resilience, and hope. If you're looking for a safe and supportive space to explore your story and take steps toward growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
