I support parents, adolescents, young adults, couples, and adults who find themselves overwhelmed, uncertain, anxious, or carrying something they're not quite sure how to describe. It's common for people to come to therapy without a clear sense of what they need — only a feeling that things aren't working the way they'd like.  I create a safe, supportive space where clients can start to sort through those feelings, discover what they're looking for, and move toward growth and lasting change. I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, worry, anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship healing, tailoring my approach to each person, couple, and family I work with.
