I know from personal experience that entering therapy can be anxiety provoking. Taking the step to be here is meaningful. I believe deeply in the power of collaboration: working together to uncover your core values, dreams, and true motivations. My approach is playful, intuitive, and deeply rooted in the here-and-now, combining somatic awareness with practical tools to help you navigate transitions, relational strife and feelings of burnout. As an existential, person-centered therapist, I believe therapy should be a safe and authentic space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I support you in aligning your daily behaviors with your values so you can live a life that feels genuinely fulfilling. I hold a non-judgmental stance: there is no such thing as "good" or "bad" when it comes to your feelings and experiences—only needs waiting to be understood. I am committed to providing culturally humble, inclusive care that honors your whole self, including your race, gender, socioeconomic difference, sexuality, and lived experience. I have expertise working with children and adolescents, parents, and caregivers.
Ultimately, I will work to understand your unique motivations and needs. We will build a relationship that enriches your life, choices, and connection to yourself and those you love.
I am truly looking forward to connecting with you and discovering together your capacity for joy, fulfillment and purpose.
Let’s get started.
