Change doesn’t happen by accident, it’s built through steady, intentional effort. I’m Jake, and I work with people who are ready to move forward by finding practical, meaningful ways to create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
When life leaves you exhausted, whether from the quiet weight of anxiety or depression, caregiving, a stuck relationship, or complex family dynamics, I’ll sit with you, slow things down, and help you face the truth of what’s really happening so real change becomes possible. My work brings care and responsibility together, supporting people as they move out of emotional distress, burnout, or challenging relationship patterns and into deeper connection.
I’m work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a particular focus on individuals and families impacted by disability and the caregiving experience. Through my former career as a television producer, and as a parent to a child with a disability, I learned that the story you walk in with or set out to find, may not be the one that unfolds. Life can get complicated, and the lines between past, present, and future can blur. I believe your life is your story, and you deserve support in shaping how it’s lived, one day at a time.
I hold this process with deep respect, and if you’re struggling in any way, big or small, at any point in life, call or email me to schedule a free consultation. My promise to you is compassion and my undivided attention to your story.
I’m excited to meet you (exactly as you are).
