As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern with extensive experience supporting children and families across behavioral health systems, I bring a compassionate and trauma-informed lens to my clinical work. My prior experience supporting families within complex systems has deepened my understanding of relational dynamics and strengthened my ability to collaborate meaningfully across environments.

My therapeutic style blends narrative, strengths-based, compassion-focused, and collaborative approaches. I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their stories and define new paths forward.

Having worked extensively with families navigating behavioral, emotional, and systemic challenges, I approach therapy with a holistic perspective, attending not only to individual needs but also to the patterns, relationships, and environments that shape them. My goal is to help clients build healthier connections, strengthen communication, and develop resilience as they move through life’s transitions.

I am currently completing my clinical training in the COAMFTE-accredited Marriage and Family Therapy program at National University, where I am deepening my systemic and relational therapeutic skills while cultivating my capacity for reflective, client-centered practice.
