Life can feel uncertain when you are trying to understand yourself, navigate relationships, or figure out what comes next. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, work through challenges, and find your footing.

I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults navigating the challenges of high school, college, and life after school. These years often bring academic and social pressures, changing friendships, family expectations, and questions about identity and the future. Whether you are adjusting to a new environment, struggling to feel connected, or comparing your progress to those around you, we can work together to understand your experiences and find ways forward that feel right for you.

Moving beyond school can mean finding work, building new routines and relationships, and discovering who you are outside a familiar structure. You may feel pressure to have a clear plan while still figuring out what you want. Therapy can help you clarify your values, build confidence in your decisions, and develop independence while staying connected to the support you need.

I also deeply enjoy working with adults who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. Questions about who we are and what we want can emerge at any age, whether prompted by a life change or a feeling that something no longer fits. Together, we can explore how your experiences, beliefs, and expectations shape the way you see yourself and engage with the world. Greater self-understanding can help you recognize relationship patterns, express your needs, establish boundaries, and make choices that reflect who you are and what matters to you.

I also have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing pregnancy or infertility-related stress, as well as new parents adjusting to the emotional demands and identity shifts of parenthood.

My approach is relaxed, empathetic, and collaborative. I take time to understand your experiences and build a relationship in which you feel heard and supported. Our work will make room for both personal exploration and practical steps toward meaningful change.

You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. I would welcome the opportunity to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your connections, and explore what comes next.
