I am a second-year Master of Social Work intern with a clinical focus, dedicated to providing compassionate, strengths-based therapy for individuals and families navigating emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. My professional background spans behavioral support and corporate client relations—experiences that inform my structured yet empathetic approach to therapy. 

I bring a nuanced understanding of how stress, communication patterns, and life transitions impact well-being, and I value creating individualized support during times of change or emotional difficulty. I have a special interest in working with adults and families facing anxiety, family conflict, relational stress, and major life transitions. In my work, I strive to foster a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in moving toward clarity and meaningful change.
