Family life doesn’t always move in a straight line. Divorce, remarriage, parenting challenges, and shifting roles can leave you feeling disconnected from the people who matter most. Whether you’re navigating a transition or finding yourselves caught in the same difficult conversations, therapy can offer space to pause, understand one another, and explore a different way forward.
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing divorce and separation, blended family transitions, parent-child conflict, and complicated relationship dynamics. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Northwestern University, I provide care under clinical supervision and offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where each person’s experiences and perspective are valued.
My approach is relational and collaborative. Our relationships, family histories, and the roles we take on influence how we communicate, respond to conflict, and seek connection. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand what keeps you feeling stuck and identify practical ways to communicate more clearly, navigate differences, and build stronger connections.
I’m especially drawn to supporting families through transitions. When a relationship ends or a family’s structure changes, there can be grief, uncertainty, and competing needs. I help clients explore what these changes mean for them, establish boundaries, and find ways to move forward with greater understanding and intention.
You bring knowledge of your own life and relationships; I bring curiosity, structure, and care. We’ll work together to identify what matters to you and move toward meaningful change at a pace that respects your needs. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
