While the mind is vital for success, I resonate with Richard Alpert (Ram Dass), who said, “The mind is a terrific servant but a terrible master.” 

Too often, our conscious and unconscious habits—or even clinical and non-clinical diagnoses—can hold us back. My work in counseling broadens the understanding of mental health by emphasizing that vulnerability is not weakness but a profound strength. I aim to equip individuals with tools to navigate life with greater confidence, balance, and compassion—fostering personal fulfillment while enriching the world around them. 

My own journey of self-examination, healing, and growth has deepened my capacity for empathy and understanding. Through holistic practices and creative expression, I’ve learned to confront challenges and ease emotional struggles, some rooted in inherited or ancestral histories. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to create a safe and collaborative space for clients as they pursue their goals.
