I believe therapy should feel less like a formal appointment and more like having someone genuinely in your corner—much like a trusted coach.
As a Mental Health Counseling intern, school counselor, and youth sports coach, I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family concerns, and academic or career-related stress. I also provide an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ clients. My experience has taught me how to build trust, meet people where they are, and help them recognize strengths they may not yet see in themselves.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. With younger children, I incorporate play-based techniques to help them express feelings and experiences they may not yet have the words to describe. With teens and adults, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. At times, our work may be structured and skills-based; at others, it may focus on providing a steady, supportive space to process challenges and move forward.
You do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I look forward to being in your corner, building on your strengths, and working together toward meaningful and lasting change.
